Is the Brady Bill a mandate?If not, does anyone know an example of a gun control mandate?

God help me, but I hated to see this. Since I did, I will answer it the best way I know how. The ';Brady Bill'; is unmitigated, feel good, G'ovt bullcrap! The second amendment of the U.S. constitution covers gun ownership. It's like the NYC ';Sullivan Act'; which is also an insult to the intelligent gun owner, and a reason I no longer live in NY. People can ';mandate'; all they want. That is the reason we are allowed to have guns. Perhaps they would ';mandate'; military conscription and 50% tax if they thought they could do it. I don't care if it's called a mandate, a proposition, or anything else they want to call it. We will still have the guns, and that is all that keeps the corrupt G'ovt we have now in check. Sorry if I went off on a tangent.Is the Brady Bill a mandate?If not, does anyone know an example of a gun control mandate?
