I need the informations and some examples about the computers remote control?

A remote control is basiclly when you ';take control'; of another computer not being there, for example, if you work on an office and your partner need some help, YOU from your desktop ';run'; a program and then you are allowed to view and interact with this computer not being there. There is a lot of programs can do this, my favorite (free, small, enough) is ';Virtual Network Computing'; from RealVNC.
