I just received health insurance that is reasonable through my employer, but the problem is that they only cover generic drugs. I really want to be on birth control, but I want some ideas on what birth control to use that are generic brands. I don't know any names for generic, only the brand names we know of. I was interested in the Nuva ring, but I don't know if that's generic or not. What are some examples of good generic birth control?
The nuva ring or any other type of IUD is expensive and most likely not covered by your ins. The best thing you can except from your insurance is a daily pill. Nuva ring is convenient so the drug company's want top dollar for it, so they make the Consumer pick up the tab because insurance company's don't pay as much as you think. What are some examples of good generic birth control?
I just take the pill. I take low hormone kind so it doesn't give me nasty side effects. It's called Levora. It's generic, just $10.00 with my insurance.
Be as specific and detailed as you can. Use any personal experience or knowledge you might have.
Get a prescription for a named one that you like and your doctor or pharmacist can tell you want the generic versions are.
Yaz! It has the least amount of side-effects and your periods are a lot shorter and less painful. Your break-outs are non-existent! This stuff is amazing!
