Provide two examples if how a cell uses transcription to control gene expression.?
If a cell transcribes a gene, then it is expressed. You may not observe the phenotype because another allele is dominant to that gene, but nonetheless, it is being expressed. For a cell to prevent or repress the expression of a gene, it stops transcribing it.
