I'm guessing here, but I'd say:
Inspection - look it over physically. Is everything in place? Is nothing missing. Is anything put in the wrong place?
Testing - run it through its paces. Does it act like it is suppose to? Does it do more or do less or do odd things you didn't expect? Now try to make it bomb or break down. Does it prevent you from doing that?
