Haw anyone ever heard of some one controlling exactly what they do while dreaming? For example making choices?

having conscious conversations with other people, driving, eating etc? And what is that phenomenon called?Haw anyone ever heard of some one controlling exactly what they do while dreaming? For example making choices?
I do that all the time. I don't have a name for it , but I wake up exhausted after one of them. It usually involves work and when I go to work the whole day is like deja-vu.Haw anyone ever heard of some one controlling exactly what they do while dreaming? For example making choices?
This phenomenon is called ';LUCID DREAMING', and is slowly becoming a cultural commonality in communication topics, as a result of the information age subculture which is the effect of the information age, in action. Therefore to make yourself aware of this question, is to know where the portal to self awareness is located. be aware, of the fact , there are in dreams, situations you still wont be able to control, but maybe manipulate, as is true for the waking state also. This system of comparison ';LUCID DREAMING, AWAKE AND ASLEEP', only hs four parts, and therefore can be accounted , for as four part harmony,. Thereare many four part harmonies, such as cool breeze-warm day/warm breeze-cool day; the law of redundancy, 99THAE LAW WHICH CAUSES REVERBERATION, AS OPPOSED TO SIMPLE VIBRATION. The law of linguistic basice, 9writing, readung, speaking, listening), and also any system which has only four parts.

There are many other algorithms of harmonies, but four is considered as ';the perfect number, because , four is the number required to reverberate the thought, ';harmony';.

This truth is apparent in music, language, mathematics, spirituality, action,(one key stroke),science,(the four seasons), economics (the four day work week), as well as many other topics, as these seven are all categories.

';LUCID DREAMING'; is a science/nature question, and is there ascientific study,a nd should be treated as such.

Welcome to the world off self!
This is called lucid dreaming. There are many websites and books about it.

I dream like that quite often, and you do get complete control over the dream. In the Buddhist philosophy lucid dreaming is important as a state where you can contact great teachers like Buddha, Jesus etc... and receive teachings from them.

Regular meditation can cause lucid dreaming, but it is also helpful to regard life as a form of dream. For example you can walk around your house and say to yourself ';wake up'; like waking up in life. This would benefit you in many ways.
It is called Lucid Dreaming. There are many people who have this experience ';accidently';. However, some people claim to do it at will. There were actually ';phsycics'; who used this as a medium that are known for their unbelievable results.
